Fenugreek seeds are a rich source of vitamin B3 and niacin that helps in recovering the damaged skin cells and promotes the regeneration of new cells and tissues that help in lightening age spots, hyper pigmentation wrinkles, fine lines and crow’s feet that form on the forehead, at corner of eyes and lips.

How to use: Grind a handful of fenugreek seeds to form a thick paste, add a tea spoon of honey to it, mix well and apply on face and neck. Let it stay for 1 hour and wash off with water.


Massaging the skin under the eyes gently for a few seconds can make a whole lot of difference in preventing wrinkles under the eyes. Using an essential oil like rosemary can help protect as well as nourish the skin too.

How to use: Take some rosemary oil mixed with almond oil and apply under the eyes. Massage gently in an upward stroke, mimicking a boat shape. Doing this every day for a few minutes will even out the fine lines and wrinkles that have formed and also prevent further formation of wrinkles.


Almonds are an a rich source of fibre, vitamin E, iron, zinc, calcium, folic acid, and oleic acid, which combined can delay the aging process and treat or prevent wrinkles.

How to use: Soak some almonds in raw milk overnight. In the morning, remove the skin and grind the almonds into a thick paste. Apply the paste onto your skin, and even under your eyes to get rid of dark circles. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. For best results, do this daily. This will not only prevent or treat wrinkles and fine lines, but also vanish spots and pigmentation on face.


Avocado fruit is loaded with anti-aging elements. It is super moisturizing and keeps skin plump and smooth.

How to use: To make the mask, scoop out the paste of half an avocado. Grind the flaxseeds (2 tbsps.) to get its powder. In a bowl, add avocado paste, flaxseeds powder, fresh cream (2 tbsp.) and honey (1 tbsp.). Mix well to get a smooth paste. Apply on face or other body parts with wrinkles. Leave for an hour and wash off with lukewarm water.


Papaya has chemicals, which remove dead skin cells. Banana provides necessary nutrients for healthy skin.

How to use: Blend papaya and banana together. Apply on the skin. Leave it for 20 min and wash it off with lukewarm water.


Lemon juice is rich in citric acid that acts as a strong exfoliate and helps get rid of dead skin cells. It also works as a deep cleansing agent and astringent that will help fade blemishes as well as wrinkles, fine lines and other signs of aging, like dark circles.

How to use: Gently rub a little bit of lemon juice mixed with coconut oil into your facial skin. Leave it on for 5 or 10 minutes and then wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Do this two to three times a day.
