In a copper vessel, add 2 cups filtered water and 2 tablespoons chia seeds (basil seeds would work too) and stir. Place a lid on the vessel and let it infuse overnight. Add some lemon and honey the next day and consume the water on an empty stomach.

CUCUMBER WATER

In a mason jar or glass, add 2 cups water and some mint leaves. Slice 1 medium sized cucumber and add it to water. Let it infuse for 1 hour before you consume. You can also toss the jar in refrigerator and let it infuse overnight.
